This information was extremely useful!!! I had been thinking of adding a “donate” link to my website for a long time, but never really got around to doing it. I registered this site in Hong Kong, where the donte button is blocked for some reason.

I had to use an old Paypal account I registered in the U.S. for it to work.

Hmmm, I've searched google for a similar case as yours but I can't find any. Do you have your Paypal linked to a bank already? Does your status in Paypal under My Account Overview say: Verified? My hunch here is your account isn't able to receive funds, you may want to check with the bank and debit or credit card you have assigned to your Paypal. I've gone through your blog and it looks like you're based in the Philippines, if you have a debit card hooked up to your Paypal besides CyberEON then you won't be able to receive funds. Also you may want to try visiting this url after logging in to your paypal account.

That’s the thing- my merchant services page looks exactly like that – except the donation link isn’t there. All the other’s links are- but no donations link. It’s driving me nuts.

Ctrl+F doesn’t help either.

I’ve contacted PayPal and they are no use.

It’s like my PayPal account has a glitch and I can’t access the donations link but everyone else can.

If you have any other ideas, let me know.

Hi Sam, i've added an image to the post pointing to where the donation link is. You can also do a Control+F (or Command+F for Macintosh) and type donations to find the link (You have to be inside the Merchant Services page). Hope that helps!

Sweet holy Jesus in the sky. I have been trying to find the donate button code on Paypal’s website for the past two days. Either I am insane or it no longer exists. I have followed your instructions (and about 20 other peoples). The button code is gone.
