hi, i formatted older windows-7 ultimate,formatted that drive and installed fresh copy in it.but now got msg “BOOTMGR is compressed” it doesnt allow to install in other partitions also, i have tried all above options, but still getting same message, please help out….(mine is acer extensa 4630z)

Got my laptop fixed!! Had a friend hook me up with an installation disk. Option 2 worked wonders!!

I totally need help!! I have this stupid BOOTMGR is compressed message after I upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, how do I fix it? I DON’T have a boot disk and I only have this pc (my laptop). I can’t activate safe mode either. I have no other pc to download anything from. PLEASE HELP!!
